My old EB (wich I think are the same chips as ballistix) did 265 2-2-2-11 at 3.2 and seemed to love volts that was on my old DFI infinity and the board was limmiting me from going ANY further...BUT that was a single sidded 256 stick...with the heat spreaders off and afan over it...

Thought the only difference between Ballistix and tracer is the silly LED flashing lights

unfortunately its not, crucial seem to have put better micron chips into the tracer than those of the normal ballistix, as noted by their noticably higher OC potential.

ermmm, not really, just gauging from what I have experience with my normal ballistix and results I have frequently seen for tracer, if you do a search on this forum for ballistix and also check dfi-street for ballistix, you will see very high scores for tracer stuff, whereas normal ballsitix hovers around 260-270 mark for 2.5,2,2 timings. although my previously ballsitx were quite voltage shy.

I must admit however I have seen very few do a proper prime test @ 10 priority so I am not sure how valid the 260+ HTT ones are.
