    Santa came early this year :)

    Dropped off today

    Athlon64x2 4400
    Athlon64x2 4600
    Athlon64 Venice 3800+
    Sempron 3100+ 754 palermo core

    So darn busy, might not get to play for a day or so. However, wanted to give u guys an opportunity to request benches and I can compare to 4000+ SD if you'd like. Also, if you want to compare memories and how they behave ie TCCD vs good set of Redline I have I can do that too.

    Cooling will be either Coolermaster tower6 or Corsair Cool waterkit. Undecided as of yet. Probably will go with Cool kit.

    Board will be DFI UltraD

    Fasten ur seatbealt guys these things are gonna rock!
    it's never fast enough!

    Whoa, that is lucky indeed!

    Two instances, running simultaneously, of Super 1Mb time on the highest X2 overclock would be nice to see

    Non of you ask any question/benchmark so far. The word 'Santa' already answer most of your questions.
    JNav89GT,
    Can you max out the OC on the Sempy and compare it's performance with 3800+ maxed out OC?

    Yep John... It's me

    For X2, mostly 64-bit OS required. Comparison between Stock vs max OCed stable (see below) speeds Lots of work, but worth it...

    3D Rendering --> Cinebench 64-bit

    Media Encoding --> Lame MT 64-bit, Windows Media Encoder 9

    Scientific calculations --> ScienceMark2 64-bit

    Some stability benches... Not asking for impossible (Prime95), but as you suspected Spi 32M would be nice indicator... or "30min Test" from OCCT.

    Thanks!

    I'd like to see 64bit sciencemark benches:

    - 3800+ with crappy ram (10x266, 150 divider, 2.5 4 4 8)
    - 3800+ with TCCD (10x266, 200 divider, best timings)
    - 4600+ with crappy ram (10x266, 150 divider, 2.5 4 4 8)
    - 4600+ with TCCD (10x266, 200 divider, same timings as with 3800+)

    This so we can see if the X2 will benefit more from faster memory than single core A64's (i mean real world performance wise, not a bandwidth bench ).
    In many reviews the memory is said to be a bottleneck now, let's see how bad it really is.
