    need help on TMSP bh-5

Well, bought a set of 1GB TMSP PC-3500 BH-5 to prepare for my SD...

    1st set keep freezing memtest #8 before 10% @ 200Mhz CL2-2-2-5
up vdimm to 3.2 + 0.03 also same....
setting is 2-2-1-2 from trp to trtw
left it to loop memtest #5 till 90 loops and thousands of error pop out...
reboot and ram seems spoil as can't even pass #2..........
    rma it......

got another pair...this time i loosen the timing from trp to trtw ( 2-2-2-3 ) but can only manage to pass #8 once only.......
went into windows and use windows memtest for 3 hours and still ok...
flash to 0510-1 from 0510-2 still same and on yellow slot..

It don't seems to stable under CL2, not even on 200Mhz...but didn't try orange slot yet as I know orange slot drive strength would be different from it is now...and yellow slot seems to suit bh-5 more as some recommendation..preivously trial out also same for both slot for another pair of BH-5 that is actually spoil upon purchase....

anyone had same problem as me ? it can't seem to run with tightest timing yet as #8 is freezing no matter wat i do to it...even up to 3.3v

[edit] tried many settings that i could find here but still freeze on memtest #8
    any advice is greatly appreciated...

They don't run on fail safe defaults loaded?

    I don't think Memtest86+ 1.xx is reliable on A64.
Run Windows benchies (3DMark, superpi, memtest hci, games, prime95, stress prime, etc).

Please post all your timings or preferably A64 tweaker screenie.

failed safe defaults is only CL-2.5-3-3-8

my settings as in bios is 200-e-2-5-2-7-15-2-2-2-3-a-1-e-a-0-8-3-7-fast-5-256-d-16-7-d.

My major concern is test #8 freezing and ram spoil after 90 loops in memtest #5.

2nd set also same condition as above and no memtest loop #5 now..afraid it would become as like 1st set..#8 is still no go...but memtest in windows is looping without problems..

never had any similar problem with UTT though and 1st time facing such weird ram issue...

    Try trfc 17
    Everything extra is bad!

unfortunately, trfc also yield the same results....

anyway, tmsp stick are 05144 batch...

seeing ppl get to 250Mhz with maybe just 3.2v but mine can't even do 200 CL2 with a pass in loop #8 with up to 3.2v..

just don't know whether this few sets i had tried are actually bad batch or not?

just weird that looping #5 kill the sticks...it seems like the stick is ok but won't work in dual channel anymore..too bad as i did not make a full test before rma it...

trp ~ trtw of 2-2-1-2 don't seem possible with this set too as it would freeze #8 at 7% only....
2-2-2-3 could only last 1 loop and next loop would freeze randomly.

my stupid...forgot to try this for this 2 pair of rams in this bios...

tried before on very 1st pair that was faulty when bought but work ok though errors but still not freeze...

now finally get it moving and would start tweaking from 200 and reflash back to 0510-2

    a big thanks
