    Which budget TCCD?

Ok, had a pop with twinmos SP, didnt like the results. So I decided to go for 'cheap' (I say cheap but yeah, its still £130-£150) TCCD. There are three kinds in this price range:

    Corsair XMS4400C25

    Corsair XMS3200XL

    Patriot 3200 XBLK

I know both the patriot and xms4400 use brain power pcbs, but I've no idea which revison TCCD chips used on each, I asume they both use the lowest tccd chip. I've read numerous reviews, and used the search to find posts here on each of the kinds, didnt really find anything conclusive. In bachus_anonym's TCCD listing thread, theres some corsair 4400 doing 300 2.5-4-3-8, which would be perfect. But frankly there is little point ditching this twinmos that does 250 2-2-2-5 for TCCD that only does 270ish 2.5-4-4-8.

    Any comments or experience welcome!

Well I've just found OCZ 3200 EL Plat Rev2 for £155, which is what the most people seem to be getting good results with around here, so I think I'l go for it.

    I just bought some Corsair 3200c2 v4.3 2x512 for $160. It uses TCCD. So far running 2.5-3-3-10 @ 280MHz @ 2.8V in my DFI
