High clocks just come with the P4 platform :p
He didnt post it for us to see 350fsb on a p4 omg, he did to show the power of a dual core at 4.9Ghz...

4.9ghz on a dual core isnt an easy feat with ANY type of cooling !!! Not only does it have enormous power requirement at stock !!:

...not to mention that Legit Reviews had their XE Dual Core Idling at 66C ...so heat is yet another point of friction when overclocking.

And given that its starts at 3.2Ghz stock, it really is an Xtreme overclock from every angle you look at it

This motherboard will not break 5Ghz with stability but it can break it for screen shot.

I will try again with another mobo.

I wish cpuid reported correct speed after aibooster adjusts.

    congrats
what did the mem max out at?
    what timings?

looks like 4.9ghz is pretty stable, how high do you think you can get it?
can the cascade take more vcore and higher clocks?

The 5400 is based on a 667 part, we ship the same part speed binned for tighter latency in the new 800EB. Your older 4300EB is not based on the same IC Fugger, thats why you are able to clock higher with the Corsair...its all a question of IC's.
Got a problem with your OCZ product....?

thats prolly because Pi isnt a multi threaded app. ( i think) thtas also why theyve been saying gamers will be better off with single core chips for a while, until software is made to take advantage of 2 physical cores and can be multi threaded.
