say if a company says the voltages for their ram are 2.6 to 2.95. If you overclock (raise voltage..clocks speeds), do you void your warranty?

i think your fine with overclocking, however if you burn out the RAM from overvolting there is a chance however rare that the company will deny a claim if they figure it out. It really depends on the terms of warranty and the company. Alot of the time raising ram to high voltages where it isn't made for it doesn't do a whole lot. Case in point TCCD won't respond to high voltage, however OCZ VX loves it
