Nice! 865P/875P still going strong Anyways, I'll wait for the 965P/975P chipsets to arrive. Hopefully they hold true just as the 865P/875P's legacy.

955/945 supports dual core and the NF4 with the SLI

I'd still wait for the 965P/975P chipsets to come out You never know it might have Super PAT enabled with SLI/Dual Core support and all the things everyone are playing with now atm.

that would be cool if it does.
gives me a reason to keep this AS8 more.
as long as Abit doesn't take 6 months to make a new bios for it that is...

Good point, people thought running a single prescott in a S478 system made the FETs hot, just imagine running 2 of them off of those same already stressed FETs.

I would stick to S775 for Intels dual core line.

There's no such thing as no electric water. Distilled/deionised water isn't non-conductive, it is just uncharged. But as soon as it get's electrified, the deionised effects are gone.

for submerging mobos you want a fluid called flourinert, this stuff retails for around $500 a gallon and that isnt even the most expensive kind. The more expensive kinds can stay liquid at much lower temps than the $500 kind can.

Regarding the Fets being hot on Prescott mobos, i think with some ramsinks and AS Epox they dont get too hot.

    Just to be clear!!

Deionized water is completely different from distilled water.

To get deionized water you add chemicals to bind to the ions in the water.

Distilled is nearly 100% water, no minerals etc.

With deionized water you can water cool 100 kv systems that are in contact with the water.

However, in a circulating system you must constantly treat the water to insure that it has high resistivity.

In other words you must continually add the chemicals to the water.

I've heard of several people burning out power on 875 motherboards overclocking prescott with ACTIVE cooling on the fets. Of course, those were old northwood-designed 478 boards. I'd hope 775 boards are built to handle much more draw.
