Just warming up with 10x270 at 1.55 volts, memory at 245 2-2-2-2 with 3.5 volts. Rest of the specs are in my sig. I'm sure I can get some more out of it...

Temps never go above 40C, except for that damned chipset. Stupid 6800GT is exhausting right into the chipset fan until UPS shows up tomorrow.

    3700+ San Diego @ 2.9

I have had this guy in my computer for about 4 hours now. 2.9ghz SPi 32m stable. I am going to shoot for 3.0. This is on air but I will admit it is about 55 ambient right now. This is about what I am expecting once I get my water cooling up.

i've got almost identical results as you. pass occt at 3.17 (fx55 passed occt at 3.16) on vapoLS. i'm on SD3700 with 2x512 twinmoss utt. only difference is that i'm at 5:6 divider and your on 1:1. truly impressive results there.
i was able to pass 32m at 3.2; with your ram, i bet you can get down to 21min or low 22min.
i could really a 13x multi (i miss the fx55) since i'm stuck on the 3.3 rail with dfi (zippy incompatibility)

yep, my vapochill PE modded has a compressor of 159W and it's too small but I try to help the original condenser (my dod) with full of fans, R22 gas helps a little...

the new dod will be better

4kw scroll compressor, a very big condenser and evapo

    a friend has a 40kw

I know...I should've condensed things and SS'd multiple benches at once...oh well, shoot me...also forgot to SS my priming on these settings yesterday

Spent most of this evening working on overclocking and doing some WinXP tweaking...not terribly extensive, but it probably helps a little bit...

Used my previously Prime95 tested settings for the benches (passed 4+ hours yesterday before I got bored of messing around with my old computer and stopped it)

    1.45 vCore
    260x11
    1.5-2-2-8 @ 3.4vDimm
OC'd my 6800GT a little up to 420/1150 (probably need to flash up to an Ultra BIOS to get more out of it)

well...without further ado here's some pictures of my progress thus-far

And a couple barely stable (read: websurfing, no gaming) highest speed Screenshots...got a bit higher than these, however much beyond these Screenies I couldn't even jump around in Firefox

I think my 3DMark scores are a little below average...is there any tweaking I should do to improve them?

Without any major memory tweaking the 2860 is about the max my CPU wants to do regardless of vCore...it's happy where I have it now...it wants 1.55v+ into the 2.9's, and 1.6+v just to mess around at 3ghz, past that I did 1.7v but backed down quickly...temps were still good, but I'm really leery of going that high on a 90nm chip regardless of temps (if I remember off the top of my head the 2860 I'm doing 1.3v LDT, and 1.5v Chipset...needed to max those both for the 3ghz)

Would appreciate it if someone could PM me with some memory settings to try out...mostly on "auto" settings right now since they seemed to work better for me than the 2 full settings I tried loading out

Just did some quick testing on a cheapo Gigabyte K8NF9 board while waiting for a new DFI NF4 board to arrive.Stock HSF and stock volts, in an enclosed case with an intake fan, but no exhaust fan! Don't ask!

Using OCZ 3700 Gold rev 3, as no point putting BH6 in this MB.

1.4v is good for 2.7, 1.5v for 2800. I can't wait to get this in my DFI board, and playing in the cold!

I know its not the biggest O/C in the world - but on a stock HSF, priming at 1.4v? I'm impressed!
