No cooled by Water but the Windoow is Open = 14c Temps !!!
I would See if the Cpu is good to 3.3 GHZ without IHS !!
I have Now 39c at 3280Mhz with 1.5V but without IHS i would by have max 32c at 22C Room Temp !
OH i Think 3330 Mhz without IHS i would make at 22C Romm Temp and 32C max Load

Here is an KABNE 0544 EPMW I just picked up today.
So far not bad & no signs of any cold bug.
Could of did 3ghz with even 1.42V.
Does anybody have knowledge about this stepping??

well I heard that new stepp's have cold bug so I think that older ones R better but i'm not sure!
