Do San Diegos suffer from the cold bug?

Sorry, I've been out of touch of things for a few months but remember that Winnies had issues starting at sub-zero temperatures. Do San Diegos suffer in the same way?

Am thinking of upgrading to 64 but want to keep my Prommy.

OPB's does suffer from the cold bug. It wont boot on his cascade but I dont think he has tried it on a single stage yet.
