just got off the phone with Detective Neville, he said if i dont recieve my ati radeon 9700 pro and memory back from hell fire or 100-150 bucks (which he was supposed to sell the video card and memory which he said he did) he will be prosecuted

I spoke with Detective Neville last Thursday and today as well. My items were to have shipped last Wednesday. As of today, I still have nothing. I am to call him if I do not have them in my hands on Friday. He assured me the next visit will not be so friendly, warrants in hand etc. Damn shame. All I want is my equipment back. The way I look at it now is he had a chance, he got a warning and now he probably will pay a rather hefty price for his actions or lack thereof. I could elaborate a lot more but I will let it go at that.....

as far as I am aware, he had access to all areas of the forums removed, except here... but it's been awhile since I checked on this subject too, I may be alittle out of date on the subject.
