whats car high affected by?
I'm at 134.9 with a 9500pro
only cpu and memory affected but still need good tight timings and little bit gpu
. . . WHO put this thing together? ME !
. . . WHO do i trust? ME !
. . . f*** it, as****
depends on overall system and we are comparing different cardsOriginally Posted by andL64
i.e. this is 3700+ @2720mhz single channel memory @272mhz 2-2-2-6 with my 9800Pro

eva2000 what is the highest clock you can get out of this memory?
depends on tight Trc or loose Trc ? with max async latency fixed at 7ns or looser i.e. 8ns ? so far seems with Trc of 11-12 max is around 260-263mhz 2-2-2-6 with Trc of 9-10 is around 260mhz 2-2-2-6 both with max async latency of 7ns. Memtest hand a few errors @266mhz 2-2-2-6 so with burn in probably that's what I'm aiming forOriginally Posted by Jack
but with max async latency of 8ns could do a few benchies i.e. superpi 1m at 266-270mhz 2-2-2-6 but not stable.
so i'd say 260mhz

ok, thanks for the explanation
edit: ok i ll find out... sry for OT

thanks
didn't know u guys see this as well...
any discounts? :P
i have two of these kits, and the results are similar; i have yet to burn them in, doing it as we speak. 260mhz @ 6-2-2-2 3.6v, 250mhz @ 5-2-2-2 3.4v.
nice that's good to hearOriginally Posted by chr

Wow looks like decent stuff. I've just had to RMA my OCZ PC3700 EB and i've asked for some of this in exchance with EB being a bit of a distant memory now. Looks like i'd better finally invest in a booster...
I get about the same mhz as eva, but my timings are a lot tighter:
Well guys, I got my modules and let me say that I didn't have any problems at all.
Here's my config:
A64 3200+ Winny 441
DFI NF4 Ultra D
Powerstream 600w
etc.
Jumper on 4v and using 325 bios @ 520ddr:
TCL=1.5
TRC=7
TRFC=15
TRCD=2
TRRD=2
TRAS=4
TRP=2
TWR=2
TWTR=1
TRTW=2
TREF=3120
RW Queue Bypass=16x
Bypass Max=7x
Max Async Lat=7
Read Preamble=5
Also DQS Skew Decrease 0, DS Auto and 3. VDIMM 3.5v plus Enabled for the extra .5v. SuperPI is 31-32 at 10x260.
Nets about 3900 unbuffered Sandra, 7800 write Everest, 2900 read, 34.7 Latency
C2D E6600 week 25, cooled by Scythe Mine, on EVGA 680i T1 (P28), 2x1gb OCZ PC8000, EVGA 8800GTS
anyone else have it?
currently bidding for a 3200LL bh-5 2x512.. if i don't get that one then i'll get this instead...
I've got it... having some lackluster results though... I'm trying different bioses right now.
hmm just got my 3200LL 3205v1.1
i'll skip first :P
Hey.... I've got a problem... my OCZ BH-5 can run at 260 5-2-2-2 fine in Superpi and Prime, but with the Memtest 1.55, it fails on Test 5 instantly with many errors.... even at only 220 Mhz. Can someone help me out? I just tested before the whole NF4 problem with UTT type memory... do you think I messed up my OCZ BH-5s?
it could be a minor bios setting.Originally Posted by quicksilverXP
what mobo do you have?
DFI NF4 Ultra-D
eva2000,
You tried the new bios OPB has posted??
Maybe give it a try (especially the 414-2 bios as the other 2 seem to be more for TCCD) & see if it helps any??
I'm gonna give the 414-2 a try with my 2 x 256MB XMS3500 & see if the bios helps any or if my rig is crying for me to get it a proper 24pin...
Good to see all those tests rather than just the cpu-z screenie...

have you seen this guide?Originally Posted by quicksilverXP
maybe changing dram drive strength and Tref can help
i know it's for tccd, but you can always test it
