back in high school, a friend of mine edited all of the computer lab comps to say fart instead of start.. I think they're still that way because they cant figure out how to fix it and dont want to reformat..

Well, if you have XP Don't friggin use Sp1! It killed my beautiful start button, and I really don't wanna format again.

I had it not work a few times also, was forgetting to change my registry to point to the edited exe. It didn't seem like it should be causing a problem, but it did. ::shrugs::

Heh, funny you said that, cause the first time I changed mine I changed it to "Fart!", but decided Blark was a better fit this time around.

You dont' need to change the registry. Just edit and delete a few files. At least under XP. All others are a differant story, but I never got into hex editing. I wanted more letters.
