#1 Capillary tube

I'm not too sure what the guy meant when he told me this. He's helping me figure out a thing or two, but what does he mean when he says #1 capillary tube?

that is referance to size. they are similiar to wire sizes, 000,00,0,1,2,3,ect size 1 is.031 internal diameter. walt
