A friend needs Xtreme help w/ LP B

Hi, a friend of mine is in serious trouble with his DFI Lanparty B. After a bios update (to the latest on the DFI website) it didn't boot anymore. The LED 3 is on and the LED 2 is blinking.

    The specs:
DFI Lanparty B PCB Rev. A
    2x 256mb Mushkin PC3500 L2 (bh-5)
    Radeon 9600PRO
    Thermalteke Purepower 420W

I have tested my mem (TCCD) and my VGA (6800GT) but the error was still there.

    Thanks for any advice..

    Update:
Now the system turns on but the only thing is in the screen is the VGA BIOS information.

    Thanks

Yepp it's called hotflash. Tried any long reset cmos attempts? Hope you didn't flash a infinity bios on the chip.

Or try to remove the red thing(forget name) to the left of NB and start without it.

Thanks folks... i do appreciate you help. I may try a hot swap. Can I try it using my 9NDA3+ or the bios chips are incompatible (i mean, not the same votages and... u know) ? I have tried to clear cmos dozens of times na removed the "red thing" aka Jumper near the NB too (anyway, thanks man) but it didn't go. Insert button didn't worked neither. Any other ideias before the hot flash?

    Thanks once more

The bios chip has to have same size and format, means: it has to fit the socket and has to be 4MBit (512kb).
