well i picked some up this morning and they are in fact UTT. they are burnning in at 240 2-2-2 as i type this.

i dont know if this goes for other stores, but the one in fountain valley charges $80 per 512mb stick. the internet price is $62. i tried talking to a manager to see if i could get them for the internet price but had no such luck. unfortunately they consider outpost.com a separate comapany and will not match the price. really lame if you ask me. im mean the website has the fry's logo on it.

If a LOT of people confirm they're UTT, then we can safely order them from outpost.com... heck, you can buy them from outpost and return them to brick and mortar fry's if they're not utt.

~130$ /gb is awesome, even better than "Value VX", i think I should go with the mushkin sticks, shouldn't I?

I couldnt resist the price on the Mushkin Blue on sale at outpost for 62 a stick. I'll report back and see if these sticks are UTT.

well charlie i think you got yourself some very cherry sticks. i max out around 250-255 with 3.4v. the sticks don't seem to like any more voltage. anything above 3.4v results in massive errors in memtest?

did you memtest your sticks at all, or are you just bench stable at 270??

im going to test the sticks individually and see what results i come up with.

no haven't memtested them.... well actually I do, as a burn-in, but if it'll bench at 270 I don't really care if it errors memtest??
Now if you're at 250-255 memtest clean, that's good! Burn them in and try to open them up to 260 later in the week!! But even if they were maxed today, that's not bad...
Tell me how high yours will go sPi stable or 3D stable?? OH do you have the cool black pcb?? Or the green?

After some burn-in, I've turned the volts down and have THIS!!

240 stable thru sPi 4M 2-2-2 @ only 3.2V

They're getting better

well one of my sticks kinda sucks compared to the other. it wont do 260 with any amount of volts. im still testing the other and its at 270 3.6v now. about 50 clean passes of memtest #5 so far..

240-250 runs at 3.2v. anything after that and i need to bump the voltage up to 3.5-3.6v
