    Chilly1 assembly line!

I wanted to see what was involved in setting up an assembly line for singele stage units and I have a few units I promised to some people so I build a few....

And the inspector did go over these also... Should get these done as soon as the line sets come in.

    Completed one for a member....

    the case for another...

And now I photoshopped it to reflect teh new logo the older ones above are no longer

The samall condenser will dissapate 400 watts. More than enough for these compressors.

It may not be an Army, but that sargent major has them standing to attention.

The third time you go through it, you know you don't understand it, but by that time you are so used to that subject, it doesn't bother you anymore".

Whats the difference between those and Mach IIs and Vapochills ???

    Perkam

The temperatures and capacities are simmilar, there is no controller or temperature monitor. This is a test run to hone my skills in assembly.

You could PM chilly1 for a price quote. Open discussion about prices of that nature is against the rules, as best I remember.

Now I know what was wrong with that three stage Chilly. It was pregnant and now it had a litter. Congrats Chilly and Kazoo

I love the cases. They look just like their mom.
