Just got an email from PDP, he looked into it and said that my package was shipped via USPS instead of Fedex or UPS cuz I'm in Canada and there are customs charges when they used Fedex/UPS.
USPS doesn't have tracking, so I guess I'll just have to wait.....
At least I got a response I suppose, thanks to GazC for the contact.
Ok, it's been over 2 weeks, I still have not gotten the package. They said that they had to ship USPS instead of UPS or Fedex because it was an international package (i'm in Canada). How long did it take you guys to receive your packages?
HK..i waited 6 weeks for some stuff "@customs", namely my vidcard. no tracking either, but i DID show up, eventually.
Does anyone know any other contacts @ PDP systems? Please PM me with their emails. The contact that GazC sent me has stopped responding. I emailed him Apr 5th, he replied the same day saying he was going to check with the RMA department again, but still no response. I emailed him again yesterday (14th).
They're beginning to look like trolls.....
