    now about the topic .
I have had a week 50 and 51 and both could not break 2.6 ghz
50 topped out at a paltry 2.5 ghz while the 51 steamed on till about 2.6 .
cbbfd 0450 tpfw and cbbid 0451 epaw.

for 0448 the spaw stepping seems to be the best. 0448 Spaw is the golden winchester.
I know, she's my wife for god's sake!

Now on topic, generally it's the lack of the draw when it comes to the potential each cpu has. Some would do 2.6 (which is not bad if you keep in mind that they are 1.8G and 2.0G initially for 3000+ and 3200+ respectively), some others would do 2.7 (even better).

I'm still waiting for Venice though
