The same error at the same memory address on SLI-D

Hello, I have a dual kit KHX PC3200 512MBx2 which have Winbond BH-5 on it. When I used it on SLI-D, I have the same error @ the same memory address when testing with memtest86+. I cant remember clearly, but it look like this:
At the memory address 645.8MB, the correct value is 00000000 but my ram show 00000200. Always xxxxx2xx at 645.8MB.
When I try them on single channel mode, 1 stick is okie, but the other still have that kind of error. Switch to MSI K8N Neo2 I have no problem, pass all test of memtest86+.
    My current rig: Mainboard DFI SLI-D with 0209 bios | Winnie 3000+ water cooled | KHX PC3200K2 512MBx2 with BH-5 | PCI S3 Trio64V+ 4MB | Maxtor DM9 PATA 80G 8MB Cache.
