7.2GHz smashes the old record by at least a GHz! how high can u get into windows for a screenshot? can you show us that for now? how high can it bench 3dmark, even 2001? Those clocks would probably give you the top score for all Intel cpus!

It doesn't smash the old record wich a Ghz Fugger had 6.3Ghz in Windows with his old 3.6Ghz. Wonder what that could do in BIOS??
However it is an amazing record

The clockgen is really needed to go further with high numbers and benches around 6.6Ghz, but im looking forward to it.

    Great result Fugger

if your having hard drive problems, try booting off a USB hard drive, or get a PCI card for your hard drives if you can.

    Thanks everyone,

Unreal, I maxed my modded AS8 out at 5.6Ghz benchable. I pulled a 5.9Ghz pi last (in xtreme pi thread) rivaling memesama 22s at a much higher Mhz. No problem getting sick 1:1 FSB on this board.

Enzor, no droop under full load. none, nadda, zippo. rock solid, I think the numbers are painted on. 1.6v = 1.6v on the money, check some of my screen shots. I used that votage for most of my ss's.

Chainbolt, Intel was sitting on Dothan and reworking it towards desktop and needed somewhere to end netburst offerings. I think they should have stopped at 4Ghz to take the recognition of the speed grade. We may still see a 4Ghz P4 at some point.
