my god, you know this for a fact? 3x faster than x800xt? most people wouldnt believe if it was even twice, but 3x? How is that possible with a 50% increase in pipes, less than 200MHz higher core clocks and just over 50% more ram bandwith? I would be happy if it was twice x800xt! 900MHz ram? good lord, where do they get such fast ram? I heard it may be 1.4ns at 1350MHz. 24 pipes does sound reasonable, could be 32 for the XT verson. ps3 is the only thing widely assumed. 90nm is a pretty good bet too, the rest is speculation on mine and everyones part, I in no way take it as fact.

Is it the x850xt PE? I kinda doubt it since a few people already have one but its rare enough that many never seen it before. If its r520 then would this mean the NDA is gonna expire early or will the show be private and everyone there must sign a NDA? their 6800u sli wont have a snowballs chance if even one of those wonder 700MHz r520s is 3x the x800xt in performance, it would be like 50% or more vs. 6800u sli.

If they do not allow the use of nVidia Hardware or nVidia based hardware on the hardware you are ''free to choose'', there is a problem somewhere. It is an overclocking competition and that they want it or not, nVidia is omnipresent in the overclocking community.
