Will I have any problems with this combo?? Im looking to build my first AMD rig. Money is tight so now I can only buy the GIGABYTE "GA-K8NS Ultra-939" and the winchester 3500 proc.. Also, I want to use my pmi turbo 3200 512x2 mem, thermaltake 480 wat Silent Purepower..
P.S. Im not overclocking...(yet)

Yes, that board is on my "what do I get" list as well. I emailed some other users last fall who used the 9800 XT with this board OK.
