Is there anywhere i can find a complelte breakdown of kingstons modules? The ones i have arent listed. I'd assume they were ch-5 because they easily do 200mhz 2-3-2-5 1t but i need to know for sure before i vdimm mod my av8.
ram chips labeled D32080X1T-5R
Thanks a lot m8.Originally Posted by chunkylover77

"-300 Mhz" = under 300 Mhz of about 5*(2,)3,4,5(,6) Mhz except rarity.
that being the 5*(2,)3,4,5(,6) Mhz bit...
dfi nf4, 3200+ @ 2.98ghz on water (soon TEC), 6800U @ 460/1260. gskill GH @ 2-2-2-5
In other words it means that they can reach at most (290 or) 285 or 280 or 275 (or 270) Mhz except rarity .Originally Posted by groovetek
question about the centon that can do ~+300
1. does anyone sell this besides directly from centon? and
2. is it the pc3200 low latency that is TCCD or the pc4000? cost difference is about $20
thanks!
Do you know what chips have a 512MB corsair c2 pc3200 rev3.2 ?
thank's in advance

well, i already have it here, i expected to be a BH-5 part, but it isn't. it doesn't boot even with Cas 2. oh well, maybe it's broken or there's an incompatiblity problem... what do you think?Originally Posted by steve-0

we have a lot of the same info (never seen this thread before, haven't visited here in awhile)
I was standing in line over at Fry's yesterday (wanted to look for a replacement for my CBBID stepping A64 - no go) and saw that Geil PC4000 512mb sticks were still on sale for $80 a pop. Curiosity got the better of me and I purchsed a pair.Originally Posted by Punisher!
I threw them in my DFI NF4 rig and put them at their advertised timings of 2.5-4-4-7. On stick tops out at 267, the other 266. Nothing on the package says anything about voiding the warranty if I took a look under the super cheap aluminum/tin? heatspreaders so I pulled one off and took a picture.
Looks like the same GL3LC32G88TG-35 memory that was reviewed
here.
This stuff seems a lot like my Adata Hynix that I tested on my DFI LPUT, crapping out right around the same place.
Whatever it is it seems like a good deal for someone who doesn't have the volts to give to the TwinMos SP UT, or can't plow another $50 into some TCCD. Me personally, I would rather have the Speed Premiums or some killer GSkill. So what am I doing with this stuff? Curiosity kills cats like me! Darn! I'm such a :banana::banana::banana::banana:!
Sourcing parts for a mildly over clocked abacus.
I do not see OCZ PC4200EL modules on this chart? they are TCCD also on a Brainpower PCB
Current Rig:
Shuttle XPC SX58J3
Intel i7-930 @ 3.33ghz
ATI Radeon 5970
OCZ Vertex 3 240GB
12GB DDR3
yeah same with OCZ EL DDR PC3700 Platinum they are TCCD on BP808Originally Posted by longshot
Added OCZ VX PC4000 (they are the same as PC3200, just guaranteed at 250 Mhz).

hi,
after seeing this thread, i ordered the mushkin pc4400 to use with my epox 9nda3j and i haven't been able to hit higher than ddr540... even with 3-4-4-8 and 2.9 volts, i cannot hit anywhere near 300 with 1T.
with 2T, i can hit 300 with 2.5-4-3-8 and 2.85 volts...
i assumed that hitting 300 was with 1T or was I wrong to assume that?
It depends on the motherboard too. Yeah actually they are meant for reaching almost 300 with 1T but actually I hadn't much inputs when I put them into the classification.Originally Posted by shimmishim
