U from Hong Kong??? RamBo is a brand of ram from Hong Kong. They seem to use their own pcb, but ppl's opinion of them are rather polarised - some swear by them & some swear at them.
I had 2 sticks of RamBo rams, 1x256 Nanya PC2100 & 1x512 Winbond BH6, both working fine at default speeds. I haven't oced them as they're not installed on "enthusiast" mbs. They seemed to have changed the pcb on their Winbond CH5, & it doesn't work with Epox 8RDAs at DDR400. The RamBo shop in HK still have Winbond CH5s for sale, they also offer sticks with chips from Hynix, Samsung, & Infineon.

PQI4400-1024DB use TCCD chips on Brainpower PCB, perhaps new ones, but I need input.

Tell me a place where i can order them for a reasonable price and i will get em and post a report here. (US/Europe doesnt matter).

    Edit: found one.

Two single PQI4500-512SP are a little cheaper than PQI4400-1024DP Kit

Are they supposed to have TCCDs as well ?

    thx and bye

List and classification updated (with Mushkin and PQI PC-4000 low latency).

Notice: I have not added PQI PC-4400 because I have heard they could be also Hynix... I need input on them!

    Hi there,

    look at this review

    http://www.fastlanehw.com/reviews.php?i=141&page=3

He reviews the PQI4000-1024DPL which he got directly from PQI and states
that they have Samsung TCCD memory ic's.

Since there ist a link on the PQI site directly to this review i think the information should be legit.

Thx for maintaining this great list - good work

In germany there have been spotted new A-DATA DDR-500 with 449 TCCD ic's !!!

    one of them has:

    MDOSSBF3H4740B1G0Z
    DDR500(3) 512MX16
    S/N:503XR (SCBJC1916)

    On the ic's

    Samsung 449
    K4H560838F-TCCD

    (!!!)

    http://www.forumdeluxx.de/forum/showthread.php?t=104095

    attention - alien language

Since there are DDR-500 Modules with other weeks as well i suppose A-DATA has changed the production towards TCCDs.

    thx and bye.
