Leadtek 6800 GT AGP 425/1140 24/7 with or with NV5 (dropped temps 10C), run it there for benching before NV5 (429 max) Seemed to be a power issue going further.
On to my Leadtek 6800 GT - PCIe card one - 420//1190, card two 414/1158. Both together 414/1158 Gonna add an NV5 with AS5, to the worst card, and poss. look at upping to 1.4v.
    AMD 3800 X2, DFI NF4 SLI-DR, 2 Leadtek 6800GT, OCZ 3200 Platinum LE, OCZ 600.

    455/1150 on air. 1.4V bios.
    http://service.futuremark.com/compare?3dm05=474270

I've also tried 1.5V and 1.6V. Did not gain anything (yet).

Same here, I hit 455 on air at 1.4v....and couldnt gain on my overclock, or even maintain any stability with my GT at 1.5v...so I stopped there. Still trying to figure out how my ram did so well with stock voltage though, 1325 was nice.

will the memory oc less if you flash a 1.4v gpu bios instead of the normal 1.3v gpu bios?

When vmodding my old 9800pro's gpu, the mem clocked 20mhz less... same with these cards?

Quite the opposite actually....my memory (don't ask me why) got a nice little OC boost out of the 1.4v BIOS flash. I'd say in the range of about 100MHz DDR, can't remember exactly what my before and after clocks were for the ram.

My Point of view 6800GT did 460/1180 with a NV5 silencer.
    I used a modded PNY 6800GT bios with 1,4Vagp.
To bad for that i killed the card while running my rig on my table. Somethung touched the card and it smelt liked burned toast. Hadent anything to do with the clocks tho. I had been running them stable for several months.

    cpu does nothing in 3dm05
The 3dmark link is just a proof of that 455 core speed, it's not my record score.

I have a spare PSU laying around, so no "extra cash" over here.

I'm gonna try it. I am sure power is killing me.

Any reason to use the PNY bios? Did you test others?

My Aopen 6800GT was a huge disappointment when i first got it.

With stock cooler and the original 1.3v bios, I got 385 on the core. After disabling internal driver test, I got it up to 395. With NV Silencer I managed to squeeze it up to 405.

With 1.4v bios, I now get 420 mhz on the core. With very cold air, I can bench at 425 and I even managed to get through 3dmark05 @ 430/1240 but with tons of artifacts. That seems to be the absolute limit, but I haven't tried 1.5v yet. Don't know if I will either as it seems it doesn't give much of a boost for most people.

    My 3dmarkscores are
    03: 13446
    05: 6042 (with lod-tweak)

413/1120 with stock coolers, no mods on a pair of Inno3D 6800GTs.
Have got a pair of Aquacomputer rev 2 waterblocks for them, be a week or two before i get round to fitting them though.
Anyone got a link to a voltmod guide?

If you mean the core, it's done with a bios flash. Google for it.

g.ward GS GT (copper cooler) used to clock to 440/1.18 on nf2 and now I'm limited to 420/1.15 on nf3

415/1.15 unless I up agp voltage to 1.65 from 1.5 in bios...

Maybe your PSU isn't handling the 12V load anymore?
