    question: does or does not total HTT care ?

    Hi there. can anyone help me in this kestion ?
    Having a 3x/4x LDT / 200HTT is very different of 5x LDT / 200HTT ?

    Never set 5X LDT if you are OCing.

    it makes very little difference from having 600/800/1000mhz HTT, i always try to keep it just below 1000mhz but thats just to look good you will notice very small difference in performance whatever it is

    off course 5x / 200HTT, 4x / 250HTT, 3x / 300HTT
    but will i loose any nootable performance using for example HTT 275, LDT 3x ?

    HT is just feeding the PCI and AGP cards, so as long as you stay above ~600 you should have more then enough for AGP8x + a few PCI buses worth of traffic.

    very good question and a very good response. Some of this stuff kinda gets confusing good thing someone here cleared it up for us Intel people making the jump to AMD.
