    Safe voltage for XMS3200 1.1?

Trying to find the limit of this RAM on my Dfi UT250, but I'm not sure how high I can take the voltage.

    I have 3 sticks and all three are XMS3200 CAS2 v1.1 sticks.

    I think they're BH6, but I can't be sure.

Could I damage the onboard memory controller on the cpu?

    Cheers

If your CPU is a CG stepping (you can see the stepping in CPU-Z) then you will have no problems running 3.2-3.5v through your memory 24/7 as long as it is cooled well.

I run my OCZ EB at 3.3v 24/7 with two 80mm fans blowing on it and it's always nice and cool.

The chip in question is a 3400 NC, week 40 iirc.

Just looked at CPU-Z and the revision is DH7-CG.
