Graphics Card / Mach 1 or 2 Cooling

    Hi

Anyone managed to rig up a Prometeia head direct onto either an NVidia or ATI card? Have done some searching but cant find any previous posts.

I am sure that a Vapo would be easier (round slug), but curious to know if anyone has succesfully done this before setting out on this mission

    yeh its been done.
you could get the mounting thingy, and put bolts through the holes in the card, with a metal strip between lik on the x800 hs
thats how i mounted my cpu hs on the 5900xt

It can be done quite easy. Just use some clambs if its only for benchmarking.

Here is a picture from Tom Holcks 2xprommy mount.

    Overklokk,

I measured up my prom evap housing and an X800 card. It seems that if you dont want the evap to hit the AGP slot then the GPU core has to be mounted way off center (right near the bottom of the evap slug).

Your pic has a core imprint near the middle, how did ya do that?
