    too great delta temp?

I have watercooling setup on my LGA775 3.0 Ghz. When idle it gets to 37C, but when peak gaming it goes to 55C. That means a 18C difference. Is that too abnormal or inefficiency?

Well there's your problem. That is a very very poor watercooling kit and it's only for the sheer amount of fans you're using that your temps are as low as they are. Either be happy with what you've got, or upgrade because there's nothing else you can do to improve performance with that kit.

I just looked that kit up and I have to agree with enjoy on this one. That kit is a piece of garbage.. Decent air cooling like a xp120 would give you better temps.. If your not willing to invest the money or learn about water cooling then i suggest you get an xp120 or hyper6 air cooler.

put the kingwin up on ebay and try to recoop some of your losses.
