Best DDR 2 for OC ? Corsair XMS2-5400 TwinX or Corsair XMS2-4300 TwinX Low Latency ?

I'm thinking of buying an ASUS P5AD2-E PREMIUM with probably a 3.6 E0 (now I know it supports multiplier 14) but I don't know which of this DDR 2 is the best for stable OC:

- CORSAIR 1GB DDR2 XMS2-5400 Pro TwinX
or
- CORSAIR 1GB DDR2 XMS2-4300 TwinX Low Latency

What do you guys think ???
Which one would be the best buy ???

its been proven that intels dont benifit from latency as well as amd's do so id go with the higher frequency memory.

I would look at the OCZ DDR2, it appears to be the best available on the market right now, at PC2-4200 it has the lowest timings I've seen in DDR2 of 3-2-2-8:

In the review the OCZ @ 720Mhz beats the Corsair TwinX @ 730Mhz by over 300MB/s in Sandra bench because of its lower timings. And what's even more amazing is that the OCZ @ 675Mhz beat the Corsair TwinX @ 730Mhz in half of the benchmarks

Yep the OCZ DDR2 memory is far more better than any DDR2 ram out for the time being

This OCZ DDR2 is really impressive...
It seems that Intel also benefits, and benefits a lot, from latencies...
I inicially thought about the Corsair modules because they seems to the good, not the best ones but good, and because I can find them at a rather good price here in Europe...
Do you know where I can buy the OCZ at a good price in Europe ? In UK for example ?

And now a difficult question: which of this 2 possibilities would be the best to buy ???

1 - 3.4 with 2x512 OCZ PC2-4200 (3-2-2-8)
or
2 - 3.6 with 2x512 CORSAIR XMS2-5400 Pro TwinX

I ask that because I consider the 3.6 with the OCZ memory a too expensive bundle at this time...

The OCZ, there is just nothing even close to touching it.

You can see there, with 1gb sticks, it overclocks to 821mhz stable at 2.1v (1.9v stock), while retaining the incredibily low timings of 4-2-3-8 (stock 3-2-2-8). Just phenominal memory.
