My past experience puts Newegg at the top of my list. They're prompt, decent shipping rates, and good customer service.

Yeah they are good. But should you spend a little more and get a 2600?

thanks for your replies... ive been reading up most of the night choosing where ill have the best luck in getting a decent and overclockable chip and so far no one has been really open as to where they are getting their chips....

i saw a couple posts regarding newegg and nutrend but most of the good overclocks are with no given description of where they purchased their cpu....

Well after letting me look thru about 15 chips I got a good one IMO, week 42 instead of 39-41...And "D" variant instead of "c"...I gave him 300.00 US ...and yes I know I could have gotten it cheaper but I like getting stuff from him and he specials orders whatever I want...and always hooks me up my kx7 bio's chip went bad so he lent me another till mine gets rmaed...so far at every default ran prime and looped 3d mark at 39.7C on air ...just moved FSB to 180 (didn't unlock) and will keep ya posted

Newegg has great service , nutrend and newegg were both purchased by ABSPC last year , so there all the same company with the same great service.

Good to see you matt , ANDY_T told me you all had lunch recently
OCZ employee and proud of it.
If you have actually personaly experienced a problem with a OCZ product that was not solved quickly by our wonderful support staff I would like to know. Feel free to PM
