No..for me and Ricky - 3dmark 2001 is the only bench that really counts ..as my friend Ricky use to say "other benchmarks are for girls and ladies .."

BTW, better not distract Ricky, Cascade ver 1.2 almost done and my FX-55 is sad here in the Promie @3.4 ..ready to jump to the sub-minus 100ºc kingdom

You've got some high current running thru your card there. Might be that something else is fried there too. Try connectin the solderpads w/ just thick wire?

Heres a better picture.
I think that trace may be smoked thats in between the solder pads.
I'll have to play with it more.

Thats a sick score, good job! I think your ahead of OPP in every test but nature and drag low! OPP, can your x800xt be fixed and maybe trade your fx55 for another thatll run win2k so you can get over 190fps car high

Belive me with these CPU's -20ºC can make the diference, for example I gained almost 100mhz benchable speed just for using one Promie 1 with 404a instead of a standard Mach2

That's exactly my experience with this FX-55, -20ºc load temperatures on the evaporator can give you up to 100mhz benchable speed

That's why Ricky efforts are concentrated on the load temps, all the changes in the cascade are made with one main goal -> full load temperature never drop above -100ºC ..the kid is genius in phase-change I'm almost sure he will achived that objective

What VCore are you using ?
Just remember that somethimes more voltage don't give more benchable speed, and also remember that our tweak (I'm glad you using it ) involves quite an extra-charge on the cascate temperature - we learn it in the hard way it blows one of the compressors

I wish you good luck on tonight's bench session, we love to see Europe again in nº 1

I've heard with ATI you can send them a card in 5 pieces and they'll RMA it for you. I'm sure OPP has the skillz to fix it though, he's pro.
