    Watching your diet is the most important thing, it's very simple really. If you consume more calories(energy) than you use, you WILL gain weight. And vise versa.
    eat less, workout more. now, you do need energy to burn fat so you shouldn't starve yourself, if you do, you will loose muscle mass.
    morningwalks before breakfast is an efficient way to burn fat because your insuline and carb level is low, which means that the majority of the energy needed will be taken from bodyfat. walk at a good pace for 30-60min,
    also, try to eat 5-6 smaller meals a day instead of a few big.

    nah peckers, you dont necessarily gain weight if you eat too many calories! im living proof

    if you want to loose weight:

    eat salad and plant food, dont become a vegetarian, but try some vegetarian food, theres great stuff
    if you want something sweet eat fruits instead of candy
    drink a lot of pure water without gas
    do sports regularly, even if its just a 15min walk in the park like mcnbns said
    try swimming! its THE calorie buster and you dont feel your sweating and all your bones and articlulations/hinges (?) dont get harmed and stressed at all!

    lets see...I'm something like 5 foot 4 (I think), anyway 3 squares a day with a snack or two in between. I'm something like 150-165 or something..can you tell I weigh myself alot and pay attion to my height. lol. well 3squares Monday-Friday, I sleep too late on the weekends to eat breakfast (I get up around noon )

    I havent ate in 6 weeks and still have 10 days left. 5'9" and under 120lbs......

    if you didnt eat in 6weeks your die of lack of sodium in your body.. your kidneys would go into renal failure .. youd become acidotic (too much acid in the blood) and then your die of dehydration..

    you didnt eat anything????

    yeah, I had to do that for a Cerimony, wasn't too bad. got to cut down trees and walk around and find out that my guide was lost....:@

    I was like that myself, didn't think I could gain weight no matter how much I ate. The thing is that you may think you eat much but probably you don't. Some people gain easy some have a hard time gaining but everyone gains weight by eating more than they use up.

    stop eating like a little girl you girlyman and you will put on some weight.
    if you want muscles instead of fat it's recommendes to pump some iron though.

    hahahaha believe me i DO eat a LOT! i usually eat 2-3 burgers at mcjunkyard etc...

    i gained weight when i lived in southamerica interestingly, but i think thats because i lived in an average family wich was rather poor, and the food was always the same... always arepas and enpanadas and rice almost all days. but even then i only gained like 4kilos in 11 months... not much, but you can see it around my belly

    dang i miss my six pack
    time for some sport to get it back

    The 6 week mark was the 25th and I dont get the wires off till the 6th then I get rubberbands!

    sandwich, chips, candy for lunch
    junkfood for snack
    nice big dinner + desert often
    and im a stick! 6 foot and ~135 pounds.
