    How does Xtreme eat? "A low-calorie poll..."

    Well...spurred in thought by the God of Burgers Hardee's monster-burger thread; I was wondering how many times and what you our members eat on a typical day.

    This is gonna be interesting...


    Myself, I usually eat twice a day. Breakast is only a cup of coffee or a Mountain Dew with a 20-oz of water to get my fluids.

    Lunch is typically my first meal of the day and consists of a HUGE tumbler glass of ice water and a good sandwich. Usually two slices of Honey wheat with lettuce, tomato, ham and cheddar topped with some Miracle Whip™ !

    Dinner is usually some sort of meat fixed with veggies and mashed potatoes. Plus sometimes Mexican dishes.

    What I DON'T eat are things like chips and junk food. I also have abstained from fast-food for over two years now and have luckily been at 174lbs for quite some time.

    So anyhow...for me, it's good food...just not alot of it.

    Oh yeah....I do have a weakness for Kool-Aid and Peach Iced Tea though...great soda replacement when you want something sweet.

    Being a college student I usually am not up for breakfast unless its from the other side . I usually have whatever I can grab between classes for lunch, usually a sandwhich or some fries plus some Hi-C...mmm I love fruit punch. Dinner is thankfully mostly regular with decent portions of decent food. Long about 1 am I usually begin to hunger again (either from playing Battlefield Vietnam all evening or studying...usually the former) so I resort to the only things open, Taco Bell and Wendys. Needless to say I'm not the shining figure of athleticism. Although I do try to avoid caffeine as much as possible.

    i eat a lot
    yet im still below my optimum weight wich would be 85-90kg, im only at 75-80kg...

    i usually eat breakfast + lunch or dinner, but my eating habits vary a lot, from nothing at all on some days to 4 meals on other days yet my weight doesnt change a single kilo all the time... i just eat what and how much i feel like works great for me

    im about 175 when im on sports, and 185 when im not

    I eat every time when i am hungry , and eating , whatever i can find... i am HUGE ok , let say that i love to eat....and ... hmmmm i eat only chiken meal , i eat a lot of sweet stuff

    Eat whatever whenever, i'm healthy and have a bunch of muscle due to farm work.. so no worries

    200lb's 6'1" of muscle

    Could lose 20lb for sure, though

    I cut out the first meal when its not the hockey season. The diet is mostly protein and carbs, hardly any fat.

    I used to have links here demonstrating how awesome I am, but it's been so long that they're not very relevant (and the pictures have disappeared), so I guess I'll have to get working on new stuff.

    Don't have a clue how tall or my weight. Although, for breakfast, some toast, 2 glasses of water and an apple. I dont normally have lunch, but I occasionally eat lunch. Some more water, another apple, and a sandwich. For dinner (here comes the good part), Pizza! Dinner is one thing which I enjoy. Mmm, pizza.

    i was fasting a wee while ago.. maybe 10 days ago?????
    i dont really have my appetite yet or my sense of hungar. you kinda lose that after a while...
    right now i can eat like a yogart and be fine for like 8 hours. ...
    i think i lost bout 1 stone during ramadan..
    ill put it back on soon though!!!

    I eat alot, all the time. But, I can't seem to gain weight. I'm toned, but not like bulging or anything.

    I eat, too! I can eat as much as I want of anything and never gain weight, but I'm sure that will change eventually.

    Breakfast: 1x glass of chocolate milk (cow milk)
    Brunch: Only on school days: 3x peanut butter chocolate chip cookies, low-fat version made without butter, and only a bit of oil.
    Lunch: 1x plate of leftovers from healthy supper, sometimes macaroni and cheese or hot dogs
    Supper: Usually 1x serving of meat + 2x servings of vegetables + 1x glass of chocolate milk. (My mom loves me so she cooks good things.)

    Oh, and for reference, I am 5'7" or so and I weigh 145 lbs. I can't do my weight in metric. I'm sorry, Canada. I unicycle once in a while and that keeps me in shape for the most part.

    2 eggs, half dozen slices of bacon, some sausage, 3 or 4 slices of taylor ham, and cheese on a buttered salt bagel.
    And that's only breakfast.
    Lunch is whatever is nearby.
    Dinner is usually steak or chicken or fish or pasta.

    eddy - what, no Scrapple? Not that Taylor "ham" is much different lol.

    Me: Breakfast - varies, sometimes a cup of coffee, sometimes bread + coffee, sometimes eggs, toast, bacon, flapjacks, the works.
    Lunch: Mickey "D" $1 items, Side salad, double cheeseburger, maybe McChicken. 2-3$ and done.
    Dinner: Anything from hot dogs and fries to full gourmet, whatever I make the kids have to like it, too.

    5' 10" and 2-210 pounds. Varies. Not fat, I'm heavily muscled from hard labor.
    The plural of "anecdote" is not "data."

    7:20-The breakfast is the same everyday:
    BIG bowl of porridge on fiber enriched oats, with low fat(>.01%) milk and apple sauce
    glass of Juice
    proteinshake(kasein/whey 50/50) on milk
    one banana
    vitamins/minerals/omega fats

    10- varies a lot. could be a couple of bananas, a proteinshake and some peanuts or just a "Bar" or something light

    12- Lunch. Eat out most of the time and it varies what. Try to keep it fairly healty, salmon and potatoes and such.

    15- like at 10 but usually a little bit more, always a proteinshake.

    17:30- directly after workout at the gym a "gainer"(thats about 100g of really fast carbs and 50g of fast prot.)

    18:30- Dinner, could be a can of beans(400g or something) and 200 or so grams of beef and some corn. at least .5L milk

    22:00- nightsnack before going to bed .sandwiches and a shake.

    This would be a typical day during bulk(offseason) the times varies and I don't work out every day but something like this.

    Weight 102kg, gaining.
