    Hi,
it seems someone succeeded in cracking the checksum in 1.26. Thanks to Kunaak and Pik-Ard for pointing me on that.
I'm really wondering about the aim of doing this, the checksum is just a way to validate an overclock with cpuz. In addition, we have nice people here who spend lot of time to validate checksums, and cracking the checksum is a way to make their efforts void.
The checkum method used in cpuz was, so far, not very sophisticated. From next version it will be, and will change every version if necessary. Checksum check program will be sent to concerned people.
    Best regards,
    Franck

Can you check that screen? I think it is impossible, 4.6GHz at northwood, AC cooling. Look at that:

    THX

Just for information, the new validation system is quite done, it is very different from the current one, online-based, and much more secured.
I'm making my possible to release this version as soon as possible.

No, anyone will be able to check an overclock.
I've been in NJ for 4 months only, I like the place very well.
