im sorry but im really busy at the moment and dont have enough time to get the image under 16kb. here's a gif that's just a little too big. if you can make it smaller, then there you have it.

With a plugin for Photoshop caled Alien Skin Xenofex 2,...it has a Crumple efect in it,...real easy,..just crumple the image to one point then to that in reverse,...combine them with a Gif Editing tool like GIF Movie Gear and you's done

...to bad that Gif files are not alowed at this time,...

Would like this done but of course on a smaller scale

I reduced it to 180 x 180 but even at 25KB the pic didn't come out right.

Alien Skin Xenofex 2... thats a cool plugin. I never used it before, but then again I suck a photochop. Thanks for the info on how to export it as well. I will try it tonight and see if I can make it work.

You can sorta fake it with some skill, but for the real deal you would need diffrent pictures.
