Thumbs up Got me a 2800Mhz XP2400+ Today

Well not stable at 2800 mhz and doesn't seem as nice as Entuscan's but is doing pretty good so far.
I have been testing it at full 3D runs on a KX7 and this how it has gone so far cooled by a Prometeia:

Stock voltage it did 3D at 2360 Mhz
    1.75V got 2500 Mhz in 3D
    1.85V got 2585 Mhz in 3D
    1.97V did 2675 Mhz in 3D
    2.10V did 2720 Mhz in 3D

Still working on her and I'll put her on my KD7 tommorrow and do some real 3D runs and see how far up the first page of the Orb we can climb

    Here's a little 2800 AMD madness

    Very nice clocks Opp

Could you give us the stepping / week+code? i.e. AIUCB 0241RPKW (yes, Ents )

It seems AMD are getting better yields now.

Cant wait for the 20k AMD run. 300 MHz = 1000 points?

    AIUCB 0242RPKW

    Personally with my score I plan on a 500 point gain, from 2478Mhz to 2678Mhz I'm Estimating a 19500 3D score.

    So RPKW springs up again.

Good Luck then. I think that before years end there will be a 20k AMD rig. Probably with a KT400A or nF2 however

Good luck, and heres to a fine score!

    Welcomeage...

Congrats to you OPP. I knew that w/ some hefty cooling these chips would be hitting 2.75+. W/ LN2 I still am wondering if 3ghz would be doable...MMMmm 3ghz AMD... MMMmmm...

Iv'e been burning in the chip all night so I may get lucky when I stick in the KD7. My only hope in getting anywhere near 20k will be if the chip will run 3D at 2778, thats 50Mhz better then it could do yesterday so we'll see.

damn, that's amazing for a stock radeon 9700, especially on an AMD.

I've been away from AMD for so long now, this just makes me want to come back.

Keep up the good work. I know you'll reach 20K.

Yea I did, my OS was a mess on that run. I would probably get 16500 now.

Here's a start anyway, a clean install, I still need to defrag and clean it up but we're getting there

    Mighty impressive so far

Wonder what will happen when the better AMD boards arrive.

When MO is online again, perhaps a 20k AMD score will be there to greet us all

Opp, what is the max fsb you can achieve on that board WITH radeon without artifacts? Also, what is the fsb limit before you see crapped hd/os?

    Good luck!

I can run as High as 204 with the Radeon as far as completeing 3D. I can do 210 into windows but no 3D. And there are no artifacts. The reason I run 3D at 198 is that my card with a v-mod will do 500mhz at 198. The minute I go higher the card v-mod won't work so I can only do 450 without it. It's a strange problem or I'd be running 3D at 200 if the voltage mod would work and that would be some high scores

I haven't nailed down a certain FSB limit as far as corruption. I can tell you that I ran Prime at 210 and then next time I restarted the system and went to get into windows it got corrupted for whatever reason, mem, Radeon, or Harddrive, not sure.

This is my first post here. I saw that program so I downloaded it. Ran it and got a score of 428. Yeah baby! Got me a new computer setup so once I get that setup, I'll rerun it and check my score. Yay!

I tried posting a picture (or attaching one) but it didn't have that option when I posted.
