    Long time bump, but:

    I can comfirm that the Samsung OEM PC3200 is in fact, TCCC on a Brainpower pcb. I would take pictures, but my camera batteries have neough juice for one picture per charge. It was purchased OEM from a local computer store for $38 per 512. The serial number is:

    250330009 CS
    64*64D40SAM32*8 B6U808
    512MB DDR400
    WARRANTY VOID IF REMOVED (oops)

    Im pretty sure oem's usually use whatever is availiable and cheapest at the time.

    No, the ones you mention are TWINX1024-3200C2PRO. And depending on the revision, they use different IC's, although I think the pro and non-pro did use the same IC's on the same revision.
    It's hard to tell from that link that they are offering Revision 4.1...

    There are two completely different PCBs used in the ICs. One is sort of brainpower, but not exactly.

    G.Skill F1-3200DSU2-512LA with TCCD 431 inside

    superpi 1m maximum: 365 mhz @ 3-5-5-5 cr 1t @ 3,16 v cooled by air...

    validation is 388 mhz @ 3,23 v

    prime rocks around 345 mhz @ 3-4-4-5 cr 1t @ 3,15 v

    i have 2 pairs of them the next pair i will testing next time...

    this sticks dont like much volt my geil one tccd loves voltage to 3,58 volt for validation with 363 mhz @ 2.5/4/4/5
