That is a good crunching rig. I'd expect somewhere around 140-160 or somewhere around there from that comp. And also, welcome to the team. You'll be addicted soon enough.
Can you adjust how much resources the program uses? Like say your getting off your computer for a few hours, and decide to crank it up all the way while your gone, then turn it down when you return. Can you do that?
If I do this, will the system below be a good "crunching rig" for this?
This cosmic dance of bursting decadence and withheld permissions, twists all our arms collectively, but if sweetness can win, and it can, then I'll still be here tomorrow to high-five you yesterday, my friend. Peace.
The application does it automatically. It bows out of the way while you are doing anything on it, then once idle again it uses your CPU.
That rig will be smoking and an excellent cruncher. My A64 rigs produce between 170 - 200 candidates/day, at or around 2800 mHz. That is very good for a single CPU rig.

Jeff,Come join the Xtreme D²OL team in it's fight to break into the Top5 worldwide teams. If each and every XtremeSystems.org forum member involved themselves in this project, we could smash into the Top5 and give the #1 and #2 teams a good run for their money. Now is the time to dedicate yourself to this cause and if you have any questions feel free to ask in the "Newbie Orientation" thread. We are all here to help.
Don't you think this paragraph could use a little editing??
After 2 days of trying d2ol im happy to say i've quit f@h and joined the team...... my tag for d2oL is under Henesseynalert. I got 2 rigs crunching atm and it's all i could contribute for the time being.
