What mobo and CPU?

What would be the best choice for overclocking?

AMD64 3700+ and DFI Lanpary UT NF3 250gb

or

AMD64 3800+ and ASUS A8V Deluxe/ABIT AV8 K8T800Pro(whichever one is better)

What are the pros and cons of each of the setups?

Right now there are no really good overclocking 939 mobos. The 3800+ is slower than the 3700+ most of the time.

Okay, what speeds could I expect with the 3700+, DFI, and Vapo LS?

at least 2.7GHz.

I did 2.6GHz no problem with a R404 system on a 3200 C0. (And that might have been some weird mobo limit because I could do everything up to 268MHz fine, but the second I would try 269 or 270 it would instantly reboot)
