    Easiest way to 3ghz?

Ok I’m getting an a64 setup. The cpu will be mach2 cooled.
Mobo will be the LANPARTY UT nF3 250Gb with 512megs bh-5.
    I'm doubting between a 3200+ and a 3400+ (both newcastles/512kb cache)
I'll be hoping for 2.9 - 3ghz for daily usage. Is the extra €70 worth the difference? Or will the 3200+ do fine? (I'm a student so money is a factor)
I know every cpu is different but I'm new in the a64 sector so plz give me some good advice.

the yields of the 3200 and 3400+ are almost 3GHz under prom or not 3GHz stable.
So you will have to get a good one. Buying a 3400+ will increase it

Mine is stable @3GHz under mach 1 R507

I'm happy with 2800-2900 as well. I think most recent cpu's will get that?
