Only "shops" ive seen that sell them are run by members here, so just PM them.

Hmm this can become a interesting adventure if i try to make my own. Out of curiosity what is a going price for a chunk of copper big enough to do this from?

Depends a lot on who you talk to and what you want.

Getting the whole pot machined out of one giant block will be incredibly expensive.

Buying enough copper to make a base, and attaching it to a pipe is much much cheaper.

You can buy some really nice pots for cheap now, kingpin's are probably the best (and most expensive) while duniek's are probably the cheapest.
