Abit KX7 without RAID question?

Are these boards known to corrupt your hard drive at high FSB? I can't seem to get my KX7-333 over ~180 without corrupting the drive. I've tried a couple different drives and my two best sticks of RAM and nothing.

I have a stick of Corsair PC3500C2 coming Monday or Tuesday but I don't think this is going to help.

I have Abit's AT7-Max2 and it corrupts my HD at any FSB over 200...I feel your pain buddy!!
