    try this
relax the timings to 3-2-3-8-2T then flash the 1.31 beta bios and THEN try again using these timings.

if this does not work its probably the board, but i bet it will work. you just dont have enough vdimm (or crappy mem)

No, the board really does suck.

I had one to with similar problems, but it was also unstable at stock speed to the point where I couldn't get windows to install at _all_.

I didn't even RMA the POS after dealing with MSI's crappy RMA service and tech support for a week trying to get them to replace it, I just threw it out and got a 8KDA3+ which is currently running nicely with my 3200 @ 240Mhz 1:1.

I can say that I'm able to run 250mhz 1:1 @ 2.5ghz, but this board does got some downfalls..

I will have the OCZ Booster soon and hoping for more 1:1 FSB..

When the DFI arrives, I will buy it, and hope for better OC's

I too want to see pics of the board after it's quick and deserved death...

some people can get 250, even 300fsb on that msi k8n neo, others cant get over 225, its luck of the draw. I told people to get the chaintech VNF3, its cheaper and MUCH better. I can do over 300fsb and havent even maxed it out, my rams holding me back so no point unless I can do 1:1

msi can be both good or bad, but chaintech cost less and your chances are better

Problem with 225 is that you're using SATA Raid. Put your two discs from 1+2 to 3+4 (above AGP), and you'll be at 230.

You can get higher, but not with a Raid array. All NF250 with native SATA do have this problem.
