Hmm, I was wondring, if you put a big cilinder on your little cpu, pour it full with LN2 and connect a big vacuumed cilinder with it, this wouldn't this cause even colder temps for a very short period?

There is a company near Gent that also makes all that kind'a stuff, they supplie tha NASA and stuff, a friend of a friend works there. But the ideal combo would be: doctor + oc'er. So you'll earn plenty of money to buy those expensiva hw and you need a high quality dewar and LN2 to remove warts and stuff

For a VERY SHORT period of time, yes. However, fairly quickly it would fill up with the N2 that vaporizes and get up to high pressure, possibly resulting in an explosion.

If this is the case, then I'm seriously going to shop for a dewar.
Correct from what I have found no certs. needed. You can go to most gas suppliers to purchase it. I personally am working with Wilson Products. Also you can call and possibley rent a dewar since purchasing them is so expensive. I had found a 30day 180L rental for $30.

At the location I inquired with, they said there are no dewar rentals. Too many broken one's apparently. What they should do is have an appropriate deposit taken with a rental so that whoever recieves the rental knows they will have to pay for it if they do break it.

My next task is to contact a few Dermatologists in the area to see if they can help me track down a used dewar, or perhaps borrow an old unused one.

i think thats the most common way, brake it is pay it.

conrad.maranan i found i also very strange that they give the ln² to anybody.
but hey i am not complaining, have to find a dewar too.
asked a prize of it and when i know i'll share it
its the left one in my ava, its 11L(maybe a bit too small but refill is not to far away from here)

Those are lab dewers and not for transport, in the usa you need a dot approved dewer to transport unless you walk home !!!

In the USA 90% of buisnesses could care less about the department of transportation, HEHE.
Agreed but for instance the field I work in HVAC and the area NJ dot is a big problem. Bridges going over into NY are very strict about what is carried on vans and such. I believe you would recieve a pretty hefty fine in using non-dot containers.

Aye its never meant to be a continuous usage thing, just for benching the life out of any hardware for a short period of time to push the limits
