    Memory timings?
Try using the memory divider, like 320Mhz (in case you'd be running at 400)

There is always a point a CPU reaches on max OC, and no matter how many more volts you throw at it, it won't help at all. Also, asus mobo tends to report temperature lower than other manufacturers, so 50C under load could be more like 55C to 60C in reality.

Have you tried overclocking with single channel, ie 1 stick of RAM.

And keep in mind not that many can reach the 4Ghz mark on air.
