If You Had The Money and a Cascade.....

I Just Lost My 3.2E ES to S.P.D.S., and I'm getting Tired of Using P4's.

    I haven't used AMD's since I had a XP2100,So I have a Question for Ya'll.............

I Want to Know What AMD CPU/Mobo Combo to Buy, 'cause I need to go MUCH Further than INTEL can take Me, and buying a New Intel Processor that's More Fragile than the one I Just Lost Just Won't Cut It!

I've Spent a Lot Building My Cascade and Need Something WORTHY to put under it.

I was Thinking an AMD FX-53/939 with an ASUS A8V Deluxe would make a good Candidate.

Thanks in Advance for the Advice!

if u can afford to have more than one setup at a time consider looking at the 3700+ for s754, and the MSI or Epox boards,

the 3700 is a very nice chip and clocks wonderfully, only drawback is no dual channel, but that may not make that much of a difference in 3d since we saw macci using it to get top spots on the orb before

can you see the light? is it shining too bright? can you see the light at the end of the tunnel, i know i do, i know its true.

    Thanks Guys,

I've Just Ordered BOTH the FX-53(939) and the ASUS A8V Deluxe From Monarch Computer Systems Since they were the ONLY ones with the Mobo and the CPU in Stock!

because ur in florida and its summer, will u be having condensation problems because of high humidity? if u do u should consider doing what lardarse did where he chilled the air around his mobo
