    can anyone help me to mod capacitor + mosfet on this mobo.thanks

    what do you mean by modding the mosfet? adding somemore. and by modding caps you mean changing them to better quality caps and more capacity or what? thats easy, just unsolder and resolder the new ones. keep an eye on polarity

    I'm willing to change the mofset because i have been read somewhere in the net, that the combination used in NF7-S makes the board instable at high bus, cmiiw.
    I'm googling but i don't find any link can help.

    Well from what I understand it would be as easy as finding another nf7 and getting the mosfets and caps from them and souldering them on in correct polarity.

    Euhm,

    There are 2 connections it shouldn't be that difficult to connect them right I suppose?

    You only need to check that the maximum voltage is the same or higher, and for the capacity: higher=better
