    Cool Three Rad Setup Terminated!!

I have decided not to use three Rads. I will be using a LARGE HEATER CORE from Danger Den (Dual Heater Core(12,000 BTU)). This Heater Core will be Mounted outside my case. I will be Using Dual 120mm in push pull config running at 72CFM. Does this sound like a better Idea than using Three Rads or What?!!!
I think I made a Good Move going to Heater Core.

    Here is pic of Double Heater( 11" x 6 1/8" x 2" )Core:

I also Decided to get a less restrictive CPU Block: I bought a Aseteck Waterchill Antartica, instead of using the Swiftech MCW 6000-P. Plus this Aseteck block is the Best on the market right now according to www.overclockers.com . I will still be using the Swiftech parts for everything else, The pump, the Fill/Bleed, and the other parts.

Much better plan your previous one .... Since you have drastically changed your choice for parts, flow isn't going to be a concern for you anymore. That antarctica block would be an ok choice since you're deciding to go with 3/8" tubing.

Personally, I think the ease of use with two barb blocks go a long way.

Do you think the MCP 600 pump can handle that Asetck Block well and give good performance. I am looking for cpu idle temp@ ambient temps. What would I have to do to do this?

That pump will be fine. Not sure about the temps you're looking for?.... what do you mean, like what your temps would be with that block?

Yes with that block. Right now I am on air cooling and I get 26C Idle temps. I just want to know what I would have to do to get the CPU (On watercooling) to abient temp reading on the Processor.

Watercooling will NEVER get your cpu to ambient temps, only slightly above it. I get like 3-4C above it at best, and that's idle (but that's with two blocks).

When going below ambient, condensation occurs.

Do you think I can get 3-4 degrees above ambient at Idle with the Aseteck Block and my Pump along with my Heater core?

Kinda impossible to calculate that not knowing what you're throwin at it (e.g. CPU wattage). I'm willing to guess that'd you'd be in the high performance bracket thought .

We would be looking at about 80-100W from my P4 running stock.

Can't say for sure, but if you've got decent airflow throught that rad, you'll be getting good results as I was saying earlier.

What are you gettin now?.... ambient/idle/load?

On my air cooling system I am getting: 66F ambient, 26C Idle, 43C load.

Man, it's cold where u are . Good performing waterblocks usually net about 7-10C above ambient under load. You should be getting something along those lines, of course given that everything else been properly setup.

What would be the best way to mount this Heater Core on the outside of my case(it won't fit inside) Should I make a wooden frame and mount the Heater Core to it? I already have the holes drilled for liquid lines going to the outside of my case. I just need a way to mount the Heater core in a verticle positon on the outsiude of my case. What should I do?

Just be creative man, come on, you must surely be able to figure out where it 's mounted the best way, even if that's outside the case?
    good luck
